Dr. Nekki Soltanian, founder of Glowing Smiles Dentistry, earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) from Nova Southeastern University. Passionate about advancing dental technology and enhancing patient care, she also gives back to her community through initiatives like Give Kids A Smile. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with loved ones. Dr. Soltanian is proud to join the Seven Pines Dental team.
Dr. Karen McAndrew is a prosthodontist specializing in geriatric oral care, dentures, partial dentures, crowns, and veneers. She earned her D.M.D. with honors from the University of Pennsylvania and completed advanced training in prosthodontics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
A dedicated educator, Dr. McAndrew served as an Associate Professor and Director of Implant Dentistry at VCU School of Dentistry and has received numerous accolades, including recognition as a Top Prosthodontist and Best Cosmetic Dentist.
Passionate about giving back, she has led initiatives like the “Denture Dream Team” for Mission of Mercy projects and supports programs such as Donated Dental Services and Give Kids a Smile. Outside of dentistry, Dr. McAndrew enjoys beekeeping, gardening, raising orchids, and spending time with her family.
Karson grew up in Glen Allen and now resides in Mechanicsville. After attending Virginia Tech, she earned her AAS in dental hygiene at Virginia Western Community College in Roanoke. She enjoys all outdoor sports, her dogs, traveling, and being on a boat! Karson is so excited to create lasting relationships with her patients and to help make each of their days a little brighter!
